How do you get more refund points? - Guild Wars Forums

I have been trying to take out my mirror as a Mon/Ran. Altering my stats to try different ideas I have run out of refund points. I also am in a mess right now as I hardly have any healing or divine stats left. - Not good for a monk primary!
How do I get more refund points so I can at least function?
(Still can't beat my mirror)

Kill more enemies I believe its 1 refund point per 500 xp.

ive seen 250 xp
